Directions
After turning into the CMC Office Center from Reed Hartman Highway, turn left at the first stop sign to find the 10925 building.
Main Entrance With Stairs: After you park, enter through the main doors and go down the stairs immediately to your right. At the bottom of the stairs go through the door then turn left. The clinic is in the “Execute Suites” area, which is the last door on your left. You will see Suite A as soon as you enter. You can sign-in using the QR code just outside the door. Please have a seat, relax, and Jessica will be out to get you shortly!
Secondary Entrance Without Stairs: When facing the 10925 building, there are two beige buildings down the small gradient to the left. You will also see a parking space for those with a disability and a sidewalk leading into the back of the building. Park by the sidewalk and take it around to the back of the building. You will enter through the dark brown door just past the cement set of stairs. Once inside the building, turn right at the "T" and the Executive Suites will be the last door on the left. You will see Suite A as soon as you enter. You can sign-in online using the QR code just outside the door. Please have a seat, relax, and Jessica will be out to get you shortly!
